Building:
The apartment is located in the historic Abraham Truskier tenement house, built between 1895 and 1896 at 40 Mokotowska Street — one of the most prestigious addresses in pre-war Warsaw. The building is among the few that survived World War II. After 1945, many decorative elements were removed from the façade.
Between 2011 and 2014, the building underwent a comprehensive revitalization, including an additional upper floor, installation of a modern glass elevator from the courtyard side, and full restoration of original architectural details characteristic of the era. The building features a classic three-part layout with a representative front section and two side wings.
